Refund Policy:

We stand behind our products quality, attention to detail, and performance. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your Ministry Cycles product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. After receiving your order, please thoroughly inspect the packaging and unbox and inspect your Ministry Cycles product and report any potential shipping damage to us promptly so that we may assist you. 

Warranty Policy:

Ministry Cycles bicycle frames are protected by a limited lifetime warranty available to the original owner. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and defects in craftsmanship and materials. The warranty does not cover damage incurred as a result of accidents, negligence, abuse, or incident not resulting from normal use. The warranty does not cover wear and tear resulting from normal use. In order to qualify for warranty, all frames must be registered with Ministry Cycles within 30 days of purchase. All products must be returned to Ministry Cycles for warranty replacement or repair. Ministry Cycles will determine, at its sole discretion, determine if product damage or defect meets the criteria for warranty consideration. In the event that damage is determined to be outside the scope of warranty coverage, Ministry Cycles agrees to attempt to provide the customer with options for Crash Replacement of the original product at a substantially discounted price. 

Refund and Warranty Shipping Policy:

Ministry Cycles agrees to pay all replacement shipping costs for refund or warranty items sent to customers within the Continenal United States. Additional shipping fees may apply for some locations. Ministry Cycles requests that all products be returned by the consumer at the consumers expense. At its discretion, Ministry Cycles may elect to cover or refund the costs of any and all shipping charges incurred by the customer for products deemed eligible for warranty.
