WANT TO MAKE THIS FRAME HAPPEN?

With its 3/2.5 titanium front triangle and CNC machined 3VO suspension system, the Psalm 150 Ti showed a lot of potential. My sample frame eats up big impacts and small vibrations really well, has a ton of traction, and climbs great. More than anything, I really like how responsive this bike is. Unfortunately, the second sample frame I made didn't pass lab testing. I put the Ti front triangle project on the shelf and put all my resources into working on aluminum frames.

Now the factory that made the front triangle has offered to make a new frame with a larger downtube (48mm OD vs 44.5mm OD) with thicker walls, redesign the head tube juncture based on DH frame gussets and better top tube and downtube spacing, and keep testing and refining the front triangle until it passes.

WHAT'S THE CATCH?

I have to pay for two titanium front triangles and ship them a suspension system to bolt onto their test front triangle, a significant expense I hadn't anticipated. With my main focus on aluminum now, my budget for Ti front triangles is basically zero. I really like riding this frame, though, and some of you seemed very interested in it, so I thought, "If even one person wants a Psalm 150 Ti frame for a crazy price that helps cover my expenses, I'll do it."

WAIT, $2,000 FOR A TI/CNC FRAME?

Yep. This would nearly cover my expenses on a frame and let me keep the Psalm 150 Ti project alive. You'd get a currently one-of-a-kind frame with a design that's been proven in lab testing. This price would include the frame, rear axle, and seatpost collar. Rear shock would be an additional charge, but you could select whatever shock (and any other components) you'd like, and I'd make your parts kit available at a package price with the frame.

WHEN WILL MY FRAME BE AVAILABLE?

Redesign, fabrication, and testing would realistically put us into March, with the finished frame expected to ship to the owner in April.
